From one conversation to a Shared Mission

Our Story

Ketsu began with a chance meeting in Japan and a shared belief that diabetes care could be more understandable, engaging, and empowering for children. Today, our team combines expertise in healthcare, technology, and education to help families navigate every step of the journey.

Our values

Curiosity

Every question is worth asking. By helping children understand why their bodies respond the way they do, we turn confusion into confidence and learning into progress.

Empowerment

Children deserve more than instructions. We build tools that help them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to take an active role in their own care.

Compassion

Behind every glucose reading is a child, a family, and a story. We design with empathy, recognizing that diabetes affects daily life far beyond the numbers.

Accessibility

Good diabetes education should be available to every family, regardless of location, background, or experience. We work to make complex concepts understandable and approachable.

Discovery

Learning works best when it feels rewarding. We use play, exploration, and meaningful feedback to encourage children to keep coming back and building healthy habits.

Partnership

Managing diabetes is a team effort. We support children, parents, caregivers, and healthcare providers with tools that help everyone work together toward better outcomes.
